An entrepreneur at heart, Aina left Norway in 2004 after successfully starting and growing her own business which she sold to relocate to London. She has a strong background in IT, Telecoms, Finance, Media, Fashion and Retail project management and her main responsibility includes running search campaigns from start to completion and client management.

Harry comes from a formative role in a global recruitment plc, where he progressed rapidly and developed the foundations of the end to end recruitment cycle. He believes trust and mutual respect are the fundamental aspects of any successful business relationship and is keen to develop long term, effective relationships with clients and candidates.
Born and bred in New Zealand and having lived and studied in Shanghai, Paris and Barcelona; Harry has a deep understanding of cultural differences and how it affects organisations. After graduating his Business Administration and Languages degrees, he decided to expand on his real-world experience and relocate to London.
Beyond work, Harry enjoys all things sport and discovering the elaborate London scene.
Liz commenced her recruitment working life in the London temporary accounting market in the mid1980’s with one of the large multinationals. Transferring with the business back to her home country of Australia she has recruited across most sectors including technology and operations, sales and marketing, financial services and human resources.
She has recruited at different levels from C-level searches to talentpooling projects in the defence and outsourced services sectors. Her search work has seen her approach candidates across EMEA, APAC and North and South America. She loves understanding what motivates people on an emotional and intellectual level ensuring successful career choice and development.
In her spare time Liz loves travelling and is training to see if she can squeeze one more marathon out of her reluctant body!
