Communications Workshop:

Our communications workshops help teams to create impactful verbal and written messages using these tools in all their communications. They apply to both content and delivery and give instant and dramatic effect allowing messages to be delivered with impact and precision.

Health & Stress Management Sessions:
Performance levels go off the cliff edge when people are under stress. Often the symptoms are not realised by either the individual or the company - poor sleep or increased alcohol consumption are sure signs. Our sessions address management of the cause, and we work with teams and individuals to manage stress both mentally and physically. The technology we use is based around heart rate variability, it alerts us to the early signs of stress allowing us to create a remedial plan to prevent a failure in performance and wellbeing from occurring.

At the core of high quality business planning is a Vision – why we are doing what we are doing, and a strategy which is properly understood by shareholders, employees, customers and suppliers. We work with management to validate and hone the strategy to create a more detailed ‘Tactical Execution Plan’.
