Academy Content & Dates

We have divided up 2012 into 3 different themes relevant to the role of a GM & CEO: Vision & Strategy, Leadership and Performance Cultures. Members can select from two date options in each quarter - see below.

Workshop sessions are facilitated by subject specialists, often covering the topics missed by business schools and the excellence of MBA programmes. Within sessions, leaders are encouraged to apply their learning to their business and themselves, ensuring they leave with some simple tools and methods they can apply immediately.

The objective is to open the mind to the most powerful 'nuggets' that leaders need to know about each subject. It's not dressed up as academia; it is straight forward, pragmatic and realistic learning.

Workshops are a coaching environment, and incorporate a 'Virtual Board' element to the day. This involves leaders bringing real-life challenges to their fellow GMs & CEOs, and running a 'Virtual Board' meeting; here they can draw on their experience of others, pose questions, and find ways to move forward with lateral thinking solutions to the issue.

Workshops run from 8.30am - 2.30pm at Taylor Wessing's offices: 5 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3TW

Our acclaimed academies have supported 300 Leaders in their personal development and the workshops will give you practically applicable tools and an experience quite different to what you’d have expected.
